The Robinson R44 helicopters provide excellent reliability, responsive handling, and altitude performance, making them ideal for helicopter tours. The open-cabin design allows every seat to be a window seat and offers excellent, unobstructed visibility.

Our Robinson R44 helicopters are maintained by FAA-licensed mechanics and authorized Robinson dealers. All of our pilots are FAA commercially rated which means they have passed rigorous FAA tests and obtained FAA certifications. Our experienced pilots, coupled with our strict maintenance guidelines have allowed us to achieve and maintain an immaculate safety record.

What are the hours of operation?

We are open Thu, Fri, 2:00pm -9:00 pm, Sat, & Sun from 10:00 am till 9:00 pm

What time do flights depart?

Flights depart continuously throughout the day. The wait time for a flight is usually 5-15 minutes.

Are reservations required?

During normal business hours, walk-ins are always welcome and although reservations are encouraged, they are not required. If you would like to fly outside of regular business hours or are interested in a tour right before the sun sets, a reservation is required.

Can i get dropped off at another location?

No. FAA regulations require tour operators to return their passengers to their point of departure.

How many people can fly?

Each of our helicopters seats up to three passengers at one time and we have a two person minimum per flight. Groups of any size are always welcome and we will do our best to accommodate them in separate consecutive flights. We offer discounts for groups of 10 or more.

Do you have weight restrictions?

Yes. Due to safety regulations, we cannot accommodate individuals weighing 300 lbs. or more. The maximum combined passenger weight, per flight, is 580 lbs..

Is there an age limit?

There is no age limit, but any passenger 24 months of age or younger must ride on an adult’s lap. Children under the age of 5 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can people with disabilities fly?

Absolutely. We are committed to providing a comfortable experience for all of our guests. Due to space limitations, we cannot accommodate wheelchairs on the helicopter. If you use a wheelchair and are able to transfer from the chair to the helicopter, you are welcome to join us. Our staff will help you transfer should you need assistance.

Are the helicopter tours narrated?

Yes. All of our pilots are very familiar with the area and will point out the landmarks as you fly above them. They will also gladly answer any questions you may have.

What happens if my flight gets cancelled due to bad weather?

If your flight is cancelled due to bad weather, you can schedule your flight for another day/time or receive a full refund.

Do helicopter tours cause motion sickness?

This is a scenic tour, not a thrill ride. It is extremely rare for anyone to experience motion sickness from any of our tours. Flights are smooth and the turns are slow and gentle.

Can I take photos?

Once you are seated in the helicopter, have fastened your seatbelt and have your headset in place, you are welcome to take pictures or videos. For your convenience, we have a staff of professional photographers available to take pictures of your experience.

What type of helicopters are used?

Our fleet consists exclusively of Robinson R44 helicopters produced by the world’s leading manufacturer of civil helicopters. The open-cabin design allows every seat to be a window seat and offers excellent, unobstructed visibility. Each passenger has their own headset with built-in microphone, allowing them to communicate with other passengers and the pilot.

Are your pilots certified?

Yes. The safety of our passengers and crew is our number one priority. Our pilots are Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) commercially rated which means they have passed rigorous FAA tests and obtained FAA certifications. They are also in full compliance with drug and alcohol requirements dictated by federal regulations.
