What time do flights depart?

Flights depart continuously throughout the day. The wait time for a flight is usually 5-15 minutes.

Are reservations required?

During normal business hours, walk-ins are always welcome and although reservations are encouraged, they are not required. If you would like to fly outside of regular business hours or are interested in a tour right before the sun sets, a reservation is required.

Can i get dropped off at another location?

No. FAA regulations require tour operators to return their passengers to their point of departure.

How many people can fly?

Each of our helicopters seats up to three passengers at one time and we have a two person minimum per flight. Groups of any size are always welcome and we will do our best to accommodate them in separate consecutive flights. We offer discounts for groups of 10 or more.

Do you have weight restrictions?

Yes. Due to safety regulations, we cannot accommodate individuals weighing 300 lbs. or more. The maximum combined passenger weight, per flight, is 580 lbs.

Is there an age limit?

There is no age limit, but any passenger 24 months of age or younger must ride on an adult’s lap. Children under the age of 5 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can people with disabilities fly?

Absolutely. We are committed to providing a comfortable experience for all of our guests. Due to space limitations, we cannot accommodate wheelchairs on the helicopter. If you use a wheelchair and are able to transfer from the chair to the helicopter, you are welcome to join us. Our staff will help you transfer should you need assistance.

Are the helicopter tours narrated?

Yes. All of our pilots are very familiar with the area and will point out the landmarks as you fly above them. They will also gladly answer any questions you may have.

If your flight is cancelled due to bad weather, you can schedule your flight for another day/time or receive a full refund.
